Anti-HLA-DR Antibody detects for HLA-DR (Human Leukocyte Antigen – DR isotype), a ligand for the T cell receptor (TCR). Clone L243, is a monoclonal antibody that recognizes human HLA-DR, a major histocompatibility complex class II molecule expressed primarily on antigen-presenting cells, including B cells, dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages, and activated T cells.
