Serum-Free Fibroblast Growth Medium Kit is a fully defined, xeno-free cell culture medium designed to support the robust growth, expansion, and maintenance of primary and immortalized fibroblasts without the need for animal serum. Developed for consistency and reproducibility, it eliminates the variability associated with fetal bovine serum (FBS) while maintaining high cell viability and physiological relevance.

Each lot has been fully tested and optimized for its ability to support in vitro cell culture. The testing parameters include: adherence rate (where applicable), typical morphology, and metabolism of the tested cells. Additionally, the media has been tested for sterility, pH, osmolality and endotoxin levels.

Storage Condition

For individual component storage conditions, refer to the table in the description section. Complete medium can be stored at 2-8°C for up to 30 days.
