Each lot has been fully tested and optimized for the ability to support the in vitro culture of stem cells. The parameters of testing include testing adherence rate (where applicable), typical morphology and metabolism of the tested cells. In addition, the media has been tested for sterility, pH, osmolality and endotoxin levels. |
